Director’s Message

As a Director, I have been associated with the organization for the past 12 years.

I believe that true development is possible only when every individual has equal opportunities, correct information, and a dignified life.

Since 2014, I have been active in the health sector and have counseled many students and patients during this time.

Within the organization, I not only advance education and training programs, but also strive to bring positive change in society through health awareness, mental support, and confidential counseling.

In 2024, I completed my Udyam Registration and, based on my experience, started the Heal and Hear Counseling Center.

Here, I provide part-time confidential counseling for patients and women, particularly offering free counseling on Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) and Prevention of Parent-to-Child Transmission (PPTCT).

This area remains sensitive for women, and often, due to shame or fear, they hesitate to share their problems.
I take pride in helping over 100 women and students every month, improving their lives, and giving them confidence.

I find true satisfaction in being able to assist others and provide them with accurate information in a safe and respectful environment.

I firmly believe that education, health, and mental empowerment together guide life in a positive direction.

In the future, our goal is to establish an old-age home and a skill development center, where every individual receives respect, care, and opportunities for growth.
